“It’s time you realized you have something in you more powerful and miraculous than the things that affect you...” - Marcus Aurelius

  • One-on-One Counseling

    Traditional therapy has proven to be beneficial for those suffering from many different mental health concerns.

    My approach is a collaborative one built on a person-centered foundation, but informed by ACT, mindfulness, and Jungian psychotherapy. I want to hear your story, share what guidance I can, and help you tackle the obstacles that are holding you back.

    Sessions are 45-60 minutes long.

  • Anger Management Classes

    Whether you’ve been court-mandated to attend anger management or you simply realize it’s time for a change in your life, I’m ready to help.

    Anger management groups last for 12 or 16 weeks (length determined by need) and each session is generally one to one and a half hours long. Roughly half that time will be spent on the classroom or lecture portion. The other half will be spent in discussion.

  • Domestic Violence Offender Counseling

    <Coming Soon>

    Have you been ordered by the court to attend counseling for domestic violence? Or, maybe your family members have asked you to reach out? Join this class to learn to take control of your actions and your life.

    We offer 26 and 52 week plans.

Payments:

I currently accept Optum/UHC, BCBS, Medicare, Cigna, and Tricare for both individual therapy and for anger management groups. Fees are due at the time of the session.

Individual Therapy: $100 per session. If you are insured, insurance will determine your rate and co-pay.

Groups or Anger Management Classes: $40 per class session which is $480 for 12 weeks or 640 for 16. If you are insured, insurance will determine your rate and co-pay.

An individual therapy session typically lasts between 45-60 minutes. However, our initial intake session may take a bit longer. Groups last 1-1.5 hours depending usually on the size of the group.

Since January 2022, the Public Health Services Act has protected clients from surprise-billing. In the past, you might have been shocked by unexpected charges from an ER visit. Although therapy cannot be estimated in the same way a surgical procedure can, I will educate you as to my regular fees. Additionally, you have a right to a GFE and I can provide one at your request.
